Emotions Wheel Circle Book

The emotions wheel (in it’s many forms) has guided me in seeking better self awareness, communication, and emotional coping. I often keep a printed copy around to reference when I’m having trouble understanding or articulating how I feel. But more than just a static visual representation, I’ve found it to be an active, nuanced tool. That was the inspiration for creating this mini circle book.

The book expresses the fluidity, fragility, and sometimes impracticality of our emotions. It is meant to be touched, read, flipped through, and it’s lightly held together by a ribbon for safekeeping. Hang it on a wall, put it on a shelf with other knick knacks, keep it in your desk, share it with a loved one. It’s there for you when you need it.
